DalaCasa Landscape Management is Hiring a Bookkeeper Near Birmingham, AL
Due to continued growth in the Birmingham, AL area, we are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to our team to aid in our expansion.
As a Bookkeeper for Quality Creative Landscaping, a div. of KeyServ Company, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide accounting and clerical support.
- Assist with the data entry of accounts receivable.
- Assist with job costing and reconciliations.
- Processing bank deposits, retrieval, and processing of incoming mail
- Assist with general office duties including making copies, scanning documents, and mailing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Post daily payments and make bank deposits.
- Process weekly payroll
Required Skills
- Accounting Skills
- Preferred experience in the construction and/or landscaping
- Monthly billing
- Competency in MS Office products, databases, and accounting software
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Uphold a positive and professional work environment.
